Then assess my own desires and where they inevitably diverge from the enculturation of every institution I came into contact with prior to that moment. Family. Friends. School. University. Hi Kirsten Just a short note to express my sincere thanks for living up to the name of your business. To provide educators like Paul Counsel is an endorsement of your psychological thinking. It gives us the opportunity to grow and add value to ourselves and the world and to meet like minded wonderful people. One example is my shifting of being right or wrong into – is it effective or ineffective and I have applied this to all situations in my life including work, thoughts, relationships dealing with strangers etc. It has had a profound effect on my thinking and eliminated a lot of emotional baggage involved in making decisions. I am also using it to break habitual thinking and reactions. I first walked into the Inspiration factory a number of years ago and was immediately struck by the presence and atmosphere that greeted me. I hadn’t just walked into a bookshop, but a place of understanding, growth and connectedness and this vibrant energy seemed to encapsulate me. I loved the great range of not only books, but inspirational posters and gifts available and also the thought and intention behind what is stocked. I have always found the staff to be warm and friendly and more than willing to help with any unstocked items. I have recently had the opportunity to utilize the ‘new’ function room to hold various personal development events in and again the lovely energy of the shop is carried through to the function room which enables a greater level of intimacy and connection with participants. I have had the pleasure of working with the recently ‘new’ owner, Kirsten and am pleased to say that the Inspiration Factory has been passed into very capable hands. Kirsten is extremely dedicated and driven to ensuring her customers are provided with a positive, rewarding and long term experience with the Inspiration Factory. I look forward to a continued long term successful relationship with the team there and can rest assured that the clients I send their way are in great hands.

Making the decision to sell The Inspiration Factory was not one that we took lightly, so it was very important to find “just the right person”…… We were looking for someone with heart, someone with soul and someone with the courage, commitment and determination to take up the reins of The Inspiration Factory and follow their own unique vision for the future. In Kirsten Shearn, we found that “special someone”. Kirsten is an inspiring combination of energy, enthusiasm and purpose, with a great understanding of what it takes to truly work from the heart and still be able to see things from a grounded business perspective. With her great love of all things inspirational and a deep understanding of the human spirit, she makes the perfect person to lead The Inspiration Factory into the future.
