At The Inspiration Factory we will happily exchange or refund, within 60 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase from The Inspiration Factory bookstore.

Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is faulty, does not do what it's supposed to do, or is significantly different to that shown or described to you.
