Kirsten Shearn - Director CIO
The opportunity to own the Inspiration Factory is a lifelong dream for new owner Kirsten Shearn. After working on establishing ‘turn-key’ operations and business processes for many organisations, as well as managing those day to day processes, it is now an opportunity to put those experiences in to something to grow personally for herself. Kirsten believes that we are a society focused on consumerism and material wealth, when in fact we have lost sight of the bigger picture – a sense of community, of focus internally as well as the ability to make life’s journey one of purpose and joy filled.

I work at the Inspiration Factory because our products fuel my passion for success and I get to meet people with amazing stories and a similar drive to explore themselves and the world around them.

How I came to work at The Inspiration Factory! I’ve had the pleasure of working with current owner and CEO Kirsten for over 2 years now. We first met when I was volunteering at Oxfam Australia, and I was immediately struck by her radiant energy and boundless spirit! When she offered me the opportunity to work with her at The Inspiration Factory, I leapt at it without a second thought. And the rest, as they say, is history. J It’s a place like no other – the colourful vibe, the wonderful people and their inspiring stories, and the grand mission of inspiring every individual to achieve their personal best and to just be genuinely Happy.
There’s just something a little bit wonderful about starting a work day with the gentle whiff of incense tingling your senses, the hum of Buddha Bar music filling the space, and the big warm smiles that greet you as soon as you step through the door.

Why I LOVE working at the inspiration factory..
I love people, but more importantly I love helping people and hearing their stories and where they have come from! It makes this big old crazy world not seem so scary when I interact with beautiful souls that are searching for a bit of comfort or wisdom or just a bit of inspiration!
